Wayne Bouler
Wayne graduated from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS with a Bachelor of Science in Education. After graduation Wayne taught school for two years and then moved into the business world. He spent 9 years as the data processing supervisor at a rural electric cooperative. In 1998 he moved to Atoka, TN to help his father-in-law manage Munford Development Co., the family real estate and land development business. Since then he has been involved in many facets of commercial, residential, and industrial land development. His experience includes office management, real estate sales, land acquisition, subdivision construction, residential home construction, and land development.
Wayne resides in Atoka, TN, and is married and has two children. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
Christopher Stroud
Chris grew up in Rosemark, TN. He is a graduate of Rosemark Academy, where he also played football and ran track. Chris worked in construction and remodeling for several years before joining his father-in-law at Munford Development Co. in 1992. At the development company, Chris is responsible for construction and plant related operations. At Trinity Homes, Chris oversees all aspects on home construction.
Chris resides in Atoka, TN, and is married and has two children and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys watching sports (especially racing), car shows, and spending time with his family.
Walker Bouler
Walker grew up in Atoka, TN and graduated from Munford High School where he was an outstanding student and baseball player. Walker graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2017 with a degree in Agricultural Business and Economics with a minor in business administration. During the summer of his junior year, Walker decided to pursue home building, and after graduation he moved back to Atoka, TN to help form Trinity Homes. Walker is the qualifying agent for Trinity Homes, having passed all of the qualifications for his residential home builder’s license. During his senior year at the University of Tennessee, he participated in an 8 month home building internship with Ball Homes of Knoxville, TN. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing softball.
